4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ōriwa. Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation to confirm receipt. However, this confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice or as agreed upon in the contract. Payment terms may be subject to credit approval. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within New Zealand and internationally, subject to applicable import and export regulations. Shipping costs, timelines, and delivery methods will be agreed upon at the time of order. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

7. Risk and Title

Ownership of goods passes to the buyer once full payment is received. Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier for shipment.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where products are defective or not as described. Any claims must be made within [X] days of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in their original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
